Digital Delivery Policy

At Aurrca, our current products are delivered digitally. This means there is no physical shipping, no package tracking, and no customs process for digital purchases.

This Digital Delivery Policy explains how your purchased digital product is delivered, how access works, and what to do if you have trouble receiving or opening your files.

Digital Product Delivery

Our digital products may include downloadable files, PDF guides, spreadsheet templates, Google Sheet links, access instructions, or other digital resources.

After completing your purchase, your digital product may be delivered through one or more of the following methods:

• A download link on the order confirmation page
• An email sent to the email address used at checkout
• A PDF file containing product access instructions
• A link to a Google Sheet, Google Drive file, or other third-party hosted digital resource

Please make sure the email address entered at checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect email address entered by the customer.

Delivery Time

Most digital products are delivered automatically shortly after purchase. In many cases, access is available immediately after checkout or within a few minutes by email.

In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to payment verification, fraud checks, technical issues, email delivery delays, third-party app issues, or manual review.

If you do not receive your digital product within 24 hours of purchase, please contact us at support@aurrca.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout.

No Physical Shipping

Our current digital products do not require physical shipping. No physical package will be shipped to you unless a product page clearly states that the item includes a physical component.

Because digital products are delivered online, the following do not apply to digital purchases:

• Shipping carriers
• Tracking numbers
• Package delivery times
• Packaging
• Customs clearance
• Import duties related to physical delivery
• Physical returns

If we offer physical products in the future, those products may be subject to separate shipping or delivery terms shown on the relevant product page or policy page.

Accessing Google Sheet Products

Some Aurrca digital products may include access to a Google Sheet template. When you open a Google Sheet link, you may need to make your own copy before editing it.

Unless stated otherwise on the product page, the Google Sheet is designed to be used in Google Sheets. We recommend using the product directly in Google Sheets for the best experience.

Exporting the Google Sheet to other formats, such as Excel/XLSX, CSV, Apple Numbers, or other spreadsheet software, may change formulas, formatting, layouts, dropdowns, charts, protected ranges, or other features. We do not guarantee that exported versions will work exactly the same outside Google Sheets unless the product page specifically says otherwise.

Email Delivery Issues

If you do not see your delivery email, please check the following:

• Your spam or junk folder
• Your promotions, updates, or other filtered inbox tabs
• Whether you entered the correct email address at checkout
• Whether your payment was completed successfully
• Whether your inbox is full or blocking automated emails

If you still cannot find your product access email, contact us at support@aurrca.com. Please include your order number, the name used on the order, and the email address used at checkout so we can help you faster.

Incorrect Email Address

If you entered the wrong email address during checkout, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may ask for information to verify that you are the original purchaser before resending access to a different email address.

For security reasons, we may refuse to resend digital product access if we cannot reasonably verify ownership of the order.

Download and Access Limits

Digital product links are intended for the original purchaser only, unless the product page or license terms clearly state otherwise.

We may limit, disable, or investigate access if we detect unusual activity, unauthorized sharing, excessive downloads, suspicious behavior, or use that appears to violate our Terms of Service, license terms, or applicable law.

Please do not publicly share, resell, redistribute, upload, copy, or give away our paid digital products, files, templates, guides, or access links unless we have given you written permission.

Third-Party Platforms

Some digital products may be delivered or accessed through third-party platforms such as Shopify, email delivery apps, Google Sheets, Google Drive, or other digital file hosting and delivery services.

Your ability to access certain files may depend on those platforms, your browser, your device, your internet connection, and your account settings.

We are not responsible for outages, restrictions, account issues, service changes, or technical problems caused by third-party platforms, but we will make reasonable efforts to help you access your purchased product.

Product Updates

From time to time, we may update, improve, correct, or replace digital product files, guides, templates, formulas, instructions, or access links.

If an update is made available to previous customers, we may notify you by email or provide access through the original delivery method.

Product updates are not guaranteed unless specifically stated on the product page at the time of purchase.

Technical Requirements

You are responsible for having the basic tools needed to access and use the digital product. Depending on the product, this may include:

• A working internet connection
• A valid email address
• A browser capable of opening standard web links
• A PDF reader or browser that can open PDF files
• A Google account if you want to make and edit your own copy of a Google Sheet
• Access to Google Sheets for spreadsheet-based products

Taxes and Additional Charges

Digital products do not require physical shipping, so there are no shipping fees, courier fees, physical customs duties, or import charges related to package delivery.

However, depending on your location and applicable laws, digital purchases may still be subject to sales tax, VAT, GST, or similar digital product taxes. Any applicable taxes will be calculated or displayed at checkout where required.

Refunds and Access Problems

If you experience an issue accessing your digital product, please contact us first so we can help resolve the problem.

Common access issues can often be fixed by resending the delivery email, updating the email address, providing access instructions, or helping you open the correct file or link.

Because digital products can be accessed, downloaded, copied, or used immediately after delivery, refund eligibility may be limited. Please review our Refund Policy for full details about refunds, access issues, duplicate purchases, accidental purchases, and other refund-related cases.

Fraud Prevention and Order Review

To protect our store and customers, some orders may be reviewed before digital access is delivered. This may happen if an order appears suspicious, incomplete, high-risk, or flagged by our payment processor or fraud prevention systems.

If we need additional information to verify an order, we may contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

We reserve the right to delay, cancel, or refund orders that we believe may be fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of our Terms of Service.
