At Aurrca, we are dedicated to delivering your orders swiftly, securely, and reliably. Please review our detailed shipping policy below to ensure a smooth experience.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.
- All addresses must be written in English, including full details like street number, building/floor/unit, and postal code.
- If you notice any mistakes, contact us immediately before the order is shipped.
- Once your order has been dispatched, address changes are no longer possible. We are not responsible for returning items unless they are delivered back to us.
You will be responsible for any return shipping fees or losses resulting from:
- Refusal to accept or sign for delivery
- Refusal to pay duties/taxes
- Missing customs documents
- Failure to retrieve the package
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3 business days. During sales or peak seasons, processing may take up to 15 business days.
Track Your Order
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Use it to track your shipment directly through the courier’s website.
Packaging & Multiple Items
To ship securely and efficiently, we may consolidate multiple posters in a single package when they are going to the same address.
- Orders containing more posters than can safely fit in one package will ship in multiple packages while still under our 100% Free Shipping service.
- At this time, we cannot guarantee separate packaging for specific posters within the same order.
- If you would like a particular poster shipped in its own package (for example, as a gift), please place it as a separate order.
- A checkout option to request “ship this item separately” is not yet available, but we are actively working on it.
Shipping Times
Our premium shipping takes approximately 14 business days worldwide, free of charge for you! Please allow a couple of additional days in case of unexpected delays. Feel free to contact us to follow up on your order.
We’re glad to hear some were amazed by our fast delivery, just 10 days! We’re proud to provide such premium, reliable shipping.
(Orders may be subject to additional fees and restrictions depending on your country’s regulations)
Note: We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or any non-physical locations. Please ensure your shipping address is a valid, physical address accessible to our delivery carriers.
Duties and Import Taxes
- United States (DDP): For orders shipped to a US address, any import duties and carrier brokerage fees are covered by us under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). You will not be asked to pay additional fees or taxes upon delivery. If, by mistake, you are charged at delivery, please contact us with your order number and receipts so we can resolve the issue promptly.
- Outside the US: Orders are shipped free of charge, but local import duties, VAT/GST, customs fees, or carrier brokerage fees may be collected by the carrier upon delivery. These charges, if applicable, are the recipient’s responsibility.

We currently ship to the following countries:
Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Egypt, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Jordan, Kuwait, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States.
And sadly, we don’t ship to Wakanda, Narnia, or Mordor either… although we might offer Hogwarts special delivery soon!
Customs ID Requirements
Some countries (such as Turkey and Norway) require customers to provide a local Tax ID or Personal Identification Number before customs can release the package for delivery. If the required information is not provided, the order may be delayed, returned, or canceled by the carrier. We are not responsible for any additional fees caused by failure to provide this information. In the event that we are charged such fees and the order is canceled or returned, these costs may be deducted from your refund.
