Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.

• All addresses must be written in English, including full details like street number, building/floor/unit, and postal code.
• If you notice any mistakes, contact us immediately before the order is shipped.
• Once your order has been dispatched, address changes are no longer possible. We are not responsible for returning items unless they are delivered back to us.

You will be responsible for any return shipping fees or losses resulting from:

• Refusal to accept or sign for delivery
• Refusal to pay duties/taxes
• Missing customs documents
• Failure to retrieve the package

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3 business days. During sales or peak seasons, processing may take up to 15 business days.

Track Your Order

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Use it to track your shipment directly through the courier’s website.

Shipping Times

Our premium shipping takes approximately 10 business days worldwide, free of charge for you! Please allow a couple of additional days in case of unexpected delays. Feel free to contact us to follow up on your order.

Note: We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or any non-physical locations. Please ensure your shipping address is a valid, physical address accessible to our delivery carriers.
